Custom Lists enable you to upload your own list of entities to expand our Screening Checks service coverage.
It is designed for businesses looking to monitor and screen against internal lists of persons and companies.
This service is only available through our Enterprise Plan. Get in touch with your Account Manager or contact us to enable it.
There are 3 ways to upload Custom Lists:
Web Portal: You can create, upload CSV files, and manage your lists directly through the Web Portal (Custom Lists). See CSV template below.
API: Once a list is created via the Web Portal, you can add entities using the API. This will be in real-time.
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP): CSV and JSON lists can be loaded via SFTP on a schedule. Please get in touch with your Account Manager for more information.
Download our Sample Template below, then open it with a spreadsheet app like Microsoft Excel or Numbers. The first row in the spreadsheet contains all the headers that tell you what should be in each column. Make sure to leave the column headers unchanged.
