In addition to running checks directly through the Web Portal, you can send a link to your clients so they can provide their data and then run multiple checks.

Steps explained

1. Create a client

The first step in running any check is to create a client.

Navigate to the page and click the ‘ADD CLIENT’ button. You can then enter the following details:

  • First Name: John

  • Last Name: Doe

  • Email: john.doe@test.com

The more data you provide about a client, the richer and more accurate ComplyCube AML Screening checks will be. We highly recommend that you provide the client's date of birth if you want to run an AML Screening check.

2. Send a verification link with instructions to the client's email address

Click the ‘NEW CHECK’ button. You will then be presented with a dialogue.

Select "Send link to client requesting data".

Choose all the check types you would like to perform, then click on the "CREATE LINK" button.

A link will be generated. You can either:

  • Copy the link and send it manually, or

  • Click the "EMAIL LINK TO CLIENT" button to send it directly to your client's email address

3. View check result

When your client completes their checks, you can view the results on their client page.

Note: The email that will be sent to your client will contain instructions on how to complete the verification and will mention your company's legal name. The look and feel of the verification flow can be customized through the ).
