Steps explained

1. Create a client

The first step in creating any check is to create a client.

Navigate to the Clients page and click the ‘ADD CLIENT’ button. You can then enter the following details:

  • First Name: John

  • Last Name: Doe

  • Email:

Click "ADD CLIENT" to create the client.

2. Perform a Document check

To perform a Document check on a client, click the ‘NEW CHECK’ button. You will be then presented with a dialogue, prompting you to select the type of check.

2a. Upload a document

Select the "upload a new document" link. You can then enter the following details:

  • Type: Passport

  • Issuing Country: United Kingdom

  • Front side: Download the sample image below. Then drag and drop.

Click "ADD DOCUMENT" to upload the document.

2b. Perform a check

Select the newly created document from the dropdown list.

3. View check result

Once the check has concluded, you will automatically be taken to the check results page.

That's it! You've completed your first Document check.
