Our fully-integrated and centralized Advanced Case Management service helps you streamline and scale your KYC operations. It enables you to create custom tasks, automatic case triggers, user groups for state transitions, and trace actions through our all-encompassing audit trail facility.

User groups

To complement our user roles and permissions capability, our Advanced Case Management service incorporates User Groups to help manage cases in a controlled manner. User Groups would align with your internal team structures and can be used to restrict the state-transition of tasks within a case.
