Steps explained

1. Create a client

The first step in creating any check is to create a client.

Navigate to the page and click the ‘ADD CLIENT’ button. You can then enter the following details:

  • First Name: John

  • Last Name: Doe

  • Email: john.doe@test.com

Click "ADD CLIENT" to create the client.

1a. Add the client's date of birth

Click on the "Edit" button. Update the client details:

  • DOB: 01-01-1990

Click "UPDATE CLIENT" to update the client.

2. Perform a Multi-Bureau check

To perform a Multi-Bureau check on a client, click the ‘NEW CHECK’ button. You will be then presented with a dialogue, prompting you to select the type of check.

2a. Add an address

Select the "add a new address" link. You can then enter the following details:

  • Country: United States

  • Line: 47th Test Avenue 323

  • City: Manhattan

  • State: New York

  • Postal Code: 10001

Click "ADD ADDRESS" to create the address.

2b. Perform a check

Select the newly created address from the dropdown list.

3. View check result

Once the check has concluded, you will automatically be taken to the check results page.

That's it! You've completed your first Multi-Bureau check.
