# Salesforce

## Descripción general

Nuestra integración con Salesforce te permite llevar los resultados de KYC y AML, los documentos y el estado de la sesión a tu organización de Salesforce. Los equipos pueden revisar los resultados, activar seguimientos e informar sobre el cumplimiento en un solo lugar.

Funciona tanto con recorridos impulsados por flujos de trabajo como con eventos impulsados por verificaciones. También admite actualizaciones en tiempo real mediante webhooks.

## Requisitos

* Se recomienda Salesforce Enterprise (o superior).
* Acceso de administrador para instalar el paquete administrado y crear aplicaciones conectadas.
* Webhooks de ComplyCube habilitados para actualizaciones en tiempo real.
* Asignaciones de campos para tus Lead/Contact/Account (u objetos personalizados).
