This update was all about scale and compliance visibility. We introduced tools to handle larger screening volumes, opened up powerful features to all customers, and made it easier for compliance teams to monitor activity and maintain audit trails.

Age Estimation checks were added, allowing businesses to estimate a customer’s age from their selfie to support age-restricted onboarding.
Custom Screening Lists made generally available (previously invitation-only), allowing businesses to upload and manage internal watchlists alongside global AML sources.
Bulk AML Screening with continuous monitoring, enabling organizations to screen and track large volumes of customers in a single request.
Granular User Activity Logs for stronger audit trails, offering detailed visibility into Portal usage and system events.
Improvements
Multi-Bureau Checks coverage expanded to include Germany, India, Indonesia, and the Netherlands.
Broader Document Checks coverage with new ID types across Africa and South America.
Mobile SDKs optimized with refined document capture stages, better auto-capture performance, and improved handling in low-light environments.
Hosted Solution page upgraded with support contact options for businesses and better cross-device support for customers in China.
Enhanced analytics and reporting in the Portal, simplifying performance tracking and compliance oversight.
